From the North on U.S. Highway 10: Exit to the right onto East St. Germain Street. Follow St. Germain Street to 7th Avenue North. Turn left onto 7th Avenue and travel one block. The St. Cloud Business Center is on the left.

From Minneapolis/St. Paul via Highway 10: Exit to the left onto East St. Germain Street. Follow St. Germain Street to 7th Avenue North. Turn left onto 7th Avenue and travel one block. The St. Cloud Business Center is on the left.

From Minneapolis/St. Paul via I-94: Travel on I94 West; Exit at County Road 75 (the St. Augusta Exit) to the right. Follow County Road 75 to Clearwater Road; Turn right onto Clearwater Road. As you approach downtown St. Cloud, Clearwater Road turns into 9th Avenue. At the intersection with West St. Germain Street, turn right. Follow St. Germain Street to 7th Avenue North and turn left. Travel one block to the St. Cloud Business Center, which will be on your right.

From Highway 23 traveling East: Follow Highway 23 to the intersection with Washington Memorial Drive. Turn left onto Washington Memorial Drive; travel one block and turn right onto West St. Germain Street. Follow West. St. Germain Street to 7th Avenue North and turn left. Travel one block to the St. Cloud Business Center, which will be on your right.

From Highway 23 traveling West: Follow Highway 23 to 7th Avenue and turn right. Follow 7th Avenue 2 1/2 blocks to the St. Cloud Business Center, which will be on your right.
